In 2020, the Hanover artist and filmmaker Franziska Stünkel presented COEXIST 5, an exhibition of photographic works from America, in several German galleries, including Galerie Robert Drees in Hanover.

The lavish catalogue was sponsored by the Dr. Christiane Hackerodt Arts and Culture Foundation. The primary focus of the foundation’s work is the promotion of artistic work and of research into cultures and ways of life in both East and West. It was an obvious choice for the Foundation to support a project dedicated to the coexistence of cultures, societies, and peoples.
